Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied within thirty (30) days of using RecyclingTracker.com, Easy Computer Systems, LLC will cancel your account and refund any amount that was paid to Easy Computer Systems for setup and system usage, less hardware and/or equipment unless returned in original/undamaged condition, during the initial thirty (30) days.
No refund requests will be considered once your account has been setup, activated, access granted, and the initial thirty (30) day guarantee has expired unless otherwise stated in writing. In the event an account is cancelled by the user/customer, refund of system usage/service fees paid in advance will be prorated at the full monthly rate of system usage/service provided.
Computers, computer hardware or other equipment returns within the initial (30) days of usage will require a 30% restocking fee provided they have not been damaged and are in similar condition as they were received. After the initial (30) days, Easy Computer Systems may elect to buy back items, however, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis and Easy Computer Systems makes no guarantee to purchase any item.
Easy Computer Systems, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue RecyclingTracker.com at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. If system usage/service fees were paid in advance, any unused portion paid to Easy Computer Systems, LLC will be refunded upon termination of RecyclingTracker.com. Easy Computer Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, termination, or discontinuance of RecyclingTracker.com
Third Party Services
Any and all fees paid to a third party and not Easy Computer Systems, LLC for services are subject to their payment terms and refund policies.
Technical Support / Computer Services
No refunds are available for technical support services. Computer and/or computer hardware repair services with a no fix, no fee guarantee applies when we agree to fix a device for an agreed price and we are unable. No fee does not apply to parts. Any parts used in the attempt to fix a device will need to be returned in order for the no fix, no fee to apply.
